I’m Martina Venter, internationally certified etiquette consultant and Founder of Conduct & Co.

I’m here to help you curate a life of confidence, elegance, and refinement.

Conduct & Co. was founded on three core values: an appreciation for beauty, a passion for diplomacy, and a pursuit of social consciousness.

Together, they form the heart of my work — empowering individuals to cultivate a life of intention, demonstrate gracious conduct, and present themselves with confidence and charisma.

My ultimate aim is to equip individuals to lead lives of significance. Intentional living begins the moment you realise you have the ability to curate the life you want to lead. Etiquette and modern manners are the tools needed to realise that potential.

Etiquette is not about rules — it is about awareness.
Elegance is not about performance — it is about presence.
And refinement is not pretentious – it is cultivated through intention.

My career in law and financial services, both as an attorney and senior executive, has shown me that relationships sit at the heart of everything we build.  The way we conduct ourselves shapes how we are perceived and ultimately influences our long‑term success. 

That is why I created Conduct & Co.: to help you cultivate the skills that strengthen relationships, open doors, and allow you to carry yourself with confidence in every situation.

In addition to a Master’s degree in International Law, I am certified as a Business Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant through The European School of Protocol.  This training allows me to bring global etiquette standards into a modern, relatable, and culturally aware teaching style — perfectly suited for everyday life, both personal and professional. 

In my personal pursuit of refinement, I have also attended the 6-week summer programme at the Institut Villa Pierrefeu, Switzerland’s oldest standing finishing school, and obtained a Diploma in International Etiquette & Protocol.
